- Projects may require upfront deposits before work begins.
- Remaining balances must be paid according to agreed timelines.
- Late payments may result in delays, suspension, or termination of services.
No work files, website transfers, or final deliveries will be provided until full payment is received.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services:
- Payments are generally non-refundable.
- Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances.
- Completed work, strategy, consultation, or custom design work cannot be refunded.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information
- Supplying required content and assets
- Responding in a timely manner
- Reviewing work and providing feedback
Project delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.
5. Revisions
Revision limits may vary depending on the selected package or agreement.
Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may require extra charges.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment:
- Clients receive ownership rights to finalized approved deliverables.
- SaqibLabs retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and marketing unless agreed otherwise.
Unused concepts, drafts, or rejected designs remain property of SaqibLabs.
7. SEO & Marketing Disclaimer
We do not guarantee:
- Specific Google rankings
- Exact traffic increases
- Guaranteed sales or leads
Marketing and SEO results depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.
Anyone guaranteeing #1 rankings is usually selling nonsense. Avoid unrealistic expectations.
8. Limitation of Liability
SaqibLabs shall not be liable for:
- Business losses
- Revenue loss
- Data loss
- Website downtime caused by third-party platforms
- Security breaches outside our direct control
Use of our services is at your own risk.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if:
- Clients engage in abusive behavior
- Payments are not completed
- Illegal or unethical requests are made
10. Third-Party Platforms
Projects may involve third-party tools, themes, plugins, hosting providers, or APIs.
We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or issues caused by third-party services.
